From Apprentice Toolmaker to Global Lean Leader
My journey in Lean Manufacturing began with an apprenticeship in the Tool Room, where I developed foundational technical skills. From there, I transitioned into a Production Engineer role, collaborating closely with the Kaizen department—the moment my passion for Lean was truly ignited.
This enthusiasm propelled me through an ever-evolving career in Lean Manufacturing, progressing from Junior Consultant to Continuous Improvement Manager, then expanding into a European leadership role, ultimately leading to a global management position. In this role, I drove the standardisation of Lean Systems across diverse industries, including Automotive OEMs, Medical Device Manufacturing, Aerospace, Construction, and Connectivity Manufacturing.
Building on my Lean expertise, I then expanded my focus into Manufacturing Strategy, developing structured systems to optimise production efficiency, resource utilisation, and operational excellence. This evolution naturally led me into Operational Strategy, where I worked to align organisational objectives with sustainable, scalable processes that drive long-term success.
